High Sierra Scholarship Camper Application

As our lives ease back towards ‘normalcy’, we are prayerfully moving forward in planning for camp this year.  We will be following all Covid protocols put forward by both the government and Camp Sugar Pine.  It is possible that our numbers at camp will be limited.  With that in mind, and due to many other unknowns at this time, our registration process will look quite different.  Following are the details:

  1. Camp dates: June 20-26, 2021
  2. Cost: $410 (A deposit will not be required or accepted until it is confirmed that the camper will definitely be attending camp.)
  3. Eligibility: any Awana clubber entering 6th grade through those graduating high school and 1 year beyond (13th and 14th graders) who have completed their age appropriate Awana books in the 2019/2020 OR 2020/2021 Awana year are eligible to attend.

Special note:  From now, until March 31, priority will be given to those campers who were registered for camp last year but unable to attend because camp was cancelled AND to 13th and 14th graders.  Beginning on April 1, it will be first-come, first-placed for all applicants.  (13th and 14th graders will continue to have priority as long as space is available.) Bottom line:  get your applications in early!

Please do not send any money in with your application! When it is determined how many campers we can safely accommodate, you will be notified in writing to send a deposit in at that time, if you are accepted to attend.

Please join us in praying for High Sierra Scholarship Camp and Camp Sugar Pine.

We love you. We will miss seeing all of you and we encourage you to continue working hard on your Awana books and serving God!
